A exposição “Paisagens Noturnas de Luz” e o projeto cinematográfico cinematográfico “Alba Nera” (2024), apresentam-se no Mosteiro da Batalha, refletindo a mais recente colaboração entre o pintor Nelson Ferreira e o cineasta Gianmarco Donaggio.
Apoiado num conhecimento sólido das técnicas de pintura clássicas, Nelson Ferreira propõe também novas formas de fazer pintura através da refração e difração da luz, chamando à sua técnica inovadora PlatiGleam.
Por sua vez, Gianmarco Donaggio é membro da Academia Europeia de Cinema (EFA) - Berlinale Talents 2024 e, para além da estreia de “Alba Nera”, apresenta também o livro que acompanha o filme.
The exhibition “Lightscapes of the night” opens at the Monastery of Batalha, in conjunction with the cinematographic project entitled “Alba Nera” (2024), and both represent the most recent collaboration between the painter Nelson Ferreira and filmmaker Gianmarco Donaggio.
Based on solid knowledge of classic painting techniques, Nelson Ferreira also proposes new ways of painting through the refraction and diffraction of light, using his innovative PlatiGleam technique. Donaggio is a member of the European Film Academy (EFA) – Berlinale Talents 2024 and, in addition to the release of “Alba Nera”, he is also presenting the book that accompanies the film.
